Important message for MasterCard users

Deposit
In response to new MasterCard regulations, starting 07/23/2001, a temporary limit is imposed on all MasterCards. In order to make more than 3 transactions, or deposit more then $300 in total with MasterCard(s), whichever comes first, you are requested to confirm the ownership of your credit card.

Once you have completed one of the following simple procedures, we will waive the limits on your cards and will grant you a confirmation bonus of $50.

The confirmation can be done by using any one of the following methods:
  1. On-line confirmation
    One of your next MasterCard deposits will be charged with a randomly selected amount that is a little less than your original deposit (for example, a deposit of $100 may be charged as $99.76). Then we will send you an e-mail notice with the details of this transaction along with a step-by-step instruction on how to complete the on-line confirmation, and you will be able to contact your bank immediately.
    Important: If your credit card is in a currency other than U.S. dollars, make sure that you request from your bank the U.S. dollar amount approved by them. To confirm the ownership of your card you will need to enter the exact amount in U.S. dollars (and not in your local currency) that was approved by your bank.

  2. Fax confirmation
    This method can be used immediately.
    Please fax us: a) copy of your photo ID (Passport, Driver license or equivalent); b) front and back copies of your MasterCard.
    Our fax numbers are 1-888-304-7916 from US and Canada, and 1-268-562-3590 from the rest of the world. This service will be available for your call 24/7. If you have these documents in scanned digital format, you may e-mail them to docs@entercasino.com.
We also would like to mention that you can avoid the above procedure by using Visa, Diners, FirePay and Wire Transfers.

Please be advised that in accordance with the above mentioned changes we may occasionally request that you authorize your transactions by signing a list of your deposits to the casino.

Cashout
Please note that due to new regulations imposed by MasterCard, we can no longer refund cashouts to your MasterCard account.
If you use Visa, Diners, or FirePay, the requested amount will be refunded to these accounts up to their balance (total deposits less previous refunds) with the casino. The remaining sum, if any, will be sent to you via your choice of wire transfer or bank draft.
